ETB Founder, John Gurski coded his first solar project analysis tool using Excel while working at a San Diego based solar development firm.
After 18 months of development, ETB launches and debuts their solar + storage modeling platform at the Intersolar North America Conference in San Francisco, CA.
Pason Power was formed, after being spun out of Pason Systems Inc, with a 4-member team that launched a v1 energy management system (EMS) and monitoring platform.
The first storage energy management system was deployed on a commercial office building in Houston, Texas.
The revolutionary new release enables users to model and optimize the economics of both residential and commercial ESS projects.
Pason Power fully integrates its EMS with two ESS hardware providers: Chint Power Systems (CPS America) and Eguana Technologies.
ETB and Pason Power join forces to provide a cohesive suite of storage modeling, control, and monitoring products with a combined team of roughly 50 team members.
ETB and PP announce that they will unify under the Energy Toolbase brand name. Work commences on merging the combined product offerings into one cohesive suite.
